The license is CC-BY-NC-4.0, which is a non commercial license. If you want to use a TTS which is good and permissively licensed, i suggest Kokoro, if you need voice cloning, Zonos is also good.
F5-TTS cannot legally be used in any commercial context, including in a monetised Youtube video.
it creates so many artifacts anyways, so I would not use it for commercial purposes besides phone calls. This model is far away from being able to properly reproduce a voice, even a top-notch voice generated synthetically
